One of the greatest things about living in NYC is that lurking around every corner is an artist truly doing their art. Whether it's the musicians in the subways or the trained and seasoned at the MET bellowing the classics. There is always a show to be seen.

I feel like at the present time in music, artists truly have to be a package, know their lane and give the audience a show. Up and comer Solomon Cortes is doing just that. Known also as a noted producer, one may remember him from his previously released LP on iTunes entitled "Romeo IV" now he has decided to take a very different approach while still maintaining the elements that are intrinsically him. While aiming to be "more musically and lyrically intelligent", Cortes is striving to move pop music from poppy to sophistication. Check it:
