The plan in coincidences...

I just finished watching a great film titled The Air I Breathe, written and directed by Jieho Lee. It was an excellent film about several converging lives based on four central characters. Each of those characters battling with 4 different human emotions in very interesting ways Love (portrayed by Kevin Bacon), Pleasure (Brendan Fraser), Happiness (Forrest Whitaker) and Sorrow (Sarah Michelle Gellar). Jieho not only portrayed the human emotional struggle well but also the conversation between fate, destiny and choice, a conversation many of us sometimes notice, some of us question and even fewer of us dialogue about. Fraser's character says in the film, "There are some people who believe in coincidences. I am not one of them." And neither am I. So many instances in our lives we take for granted the power that is around us, what is shown to us. You don't have to see the future to assess situations after a while. LEARN from your surroundings because they are there for a reason and learn all you can.

I encourage you to see this film. It was shot well, crafted beautifully and best of all, it's not slow. If my opinion doesn't draw you, check this trailer (the cast....A1):

You know there was a book entitled "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho that deals with these same dynamics you mentioned. The book also tried to relay to the reader, that signs are always leading you in the way to go, Always, even when at times we dont recognize it. I want to watch this for sure though...

I'm blunt...and rather observant...DUH that means I should blog! I suffer from, no let me rephrase, I combat living with an AVM on a daily basis. An AVM is an Abnormal Veinous Malformation which affects about 250,000 people in the US (http://www.cumc.columbia.edu/dept/cerebro/AVM.htm#Link8). It affects everyone differently, for me it's caused a constant headache since 2003...litterally. I've been in countless doctors offices, been poked and proded, been through the emotions of being misdiagnosed with a brain tumor. Needless to say, I've been through a lot and not just because of my...let's call it an ailment. Above all I've developed a less than common outlook on life and perception of things.Don't for one minute misconstrue, I'm in no way a victim, I'm self-sufficient almost to a fault and encourage others to turn their weaknesses into empowerment. It builds character and makes for one hell of a screenplay ha! That combined with growing up immersed in a semi-charmed world, and the glitz and glamour of Hollyweird leads to some interesting anecdotes...Here are my thoughts...

There are many other Headcases in the world...here are a few..
