Um news flash it's winter...

Ok folks I'm definitely convinced...

So I guess the trade off for melanin, not getting sun burned, or turning red is that those of us with color feel the cold and or color-lacking lacking friends do not.

Now now now...before all my melanin-less readers go calling me racist hear me out on my observations. All while walking around in 30 degree weather, snow flurries and wind chills I was entirely unprepared for, I kept finding certain individuals without pants, just knee high socks or tights, or the above no socks, or other versions of non-30 degree weather appropriate clothing.

Necks bare.

Heads exposed.

The guy I'm seeing even leaves the windows open.

Um....did I mention it's 30 in the day, dips to the 20's at night? I got in a low key argument with my friend one night about it and while at first she was offended, the next day she began noticing the same thing.

So it's official, I'm convinced. Y'all may be screwed in the summer buying extra SPF and stuff but that's nothing compared to the extra layers we have to invest in.
