GO POWELL!!!

As you SHOULD know by now, Colin Powell has officially endorsed Barack Obama for President. He doesn't plan on campaign but he has whole-heartedly jumped on the band-wagon. Not only did he show his support, but he tore down McCain. Check it:

If you don't quite understand what this means for the race here are few quick notes that this implies:
1. Powell has been Dubya Dubya Bush's right hand man for years now. Not only that but a supreme go to man for Homeland security and National policy. For him to jump ship to Obama's boat is supremely poignant and says a lot for the type of campaign McCain is running and is a testament to the type of men both Obama and McCain are.
2. Powell has become a pillar of patriotism standing by this war, being strategic about it so for him to vote for Obama dispels all the anti-patriotism that the McCain campaign tries to spew (which we true believers knew was hogwash anyways).
3. With all his EXPERIENCE, having listened to BOTH plans for the economy, he also believes Obama's is most plausible.

So Head Casers, what do you think? I must say I was glued to MSNBC Saturday morning. This is monumental for so many groups as this race is for our generations. 14 days...

I'm blunt...and rather observant...DUH that means I should blog! I suffer from, no let me rephrase, I combat living with an AVM on a daily basis. An AVM is an Abnormal Veinous Malformation which affects about 250,000 people in the US (http://www.cumc.columbia.edu/dept/cerebro/AVM.htm#Link8). It affects everyone differently, for me it's caused a constant headache since 2003...litterally. I've been in countless doctors offices, been poked and proded, been through the emotions of being misdiagnosed with a brain tumor. Needless to say, I've been through a lot and not just because of my...let's call it an ailment. Above all I've developed a less than common outlook on life and perception of things.Don't for one minute misconstrue, I'm in no way a victim, I'm self-sufficient almost to a fault and encourage others to turn their weaknesses into empowerment. It builds character and makes for one hell of a screenplay ha! That combined with growing up immersed in a semi-charmed world, and the glitz and glamour of Hollyweird leads to some interesting anecdotes...Here are my thoughts...

There are many other Headcases in the world...here are a few..
