In times like these when the African-American population should be proud, should be supportive, should be registering to vote in unprecedented numbers and blissful in the event that we are about to embark on monumental events, some black intellectuals are still hatin on Obama! Obama is standing firm when in DECADES we have not had a leader stand up for fear of martyrdom, death, turmoil and persecution. The man can not possible get up in front of millions of people and say what I'm sure he and Michelle truly believe, but at the end of the day, they have said a lot that has gone unsaid and in a graceful manner. HE HAS TO GET IN OFFICE PEOPLE! He can't get up there and say, "White people still hate us in America and we know it. Things are still not equal and this is apparent everyday." No Barack is a smart cookie and can't alienate masses to be black enough for you. Elevate your minds please, in a few, yes FEW, years we will be a "multi-cultural society" and this will all be frivolous. Besides, who decides what is the right way to be "black" anyways??
