9-0-2-1-NO???

Aww man! They had so much promise! In all honesty, the premiere of 90210 wasn't bad per say but it def wasn't worth all the hoopla. Perhaps it's simply hard to go backwards having grown up with the cult classic, grown with the characters through college into adulthood and now we go back to a new generation. Its hard, I mean look what happened with Saved By The Bell: The New Class (::cricket cricket::). I will give them credit for paying so much attention to detail (IE Kelly's once cute blond baby sister, Erin, whom mama had as a mid-life crisis baby is now a troubled teen who changed her name to "Silver" and attributes her troubles to the demise of her mother (reference season 5 of the originals). What's funny is: did we forget that technically her last name should be "Silver" since her dad was David Silver's dad? Hmmm. Also, it was great that they kept the other cameos under lock, loved seeing Nat, the grandma, it'll be fun to see Kelly's crazy mama next week. But all -in-all it was like a less dramatic OC (yeah B good comparison), anti-climactic, predictable and the quirky star is only "shy/cute" for so long. It would be better suited for Fox Family or something. We shall see...

I'm blunt...and rather observant...DUH that means I should blog! I suffer from, no let me rephrase, I combat living with an AVM on a daily basis. An AVM is an Abnormal Veinous Malformation which affects about 250,000 people in the US (http://www.cumc.columbia.edu/dept/cerebro/AVM.htm#Link8). It affects everyone differently, for me it's caused a constant headache since 2003...litterally. I've been in countless doctors offices, been poked and proded, been through the emotions of being misdiagnosed with a brain tumor. Needless to say, I've been through a lot and not just because of my...let's call it an ailment. Above all I've developed a less than common outlook on life and perception of things.Don't for one minute misconstrue, I'm in no way a victim, I'm self-sufficient almost to a fault and encourage others to turn their weaknesses into empowerment. It builds character and makes for one hell of a screenplay ha! That combined with growing up immersed in a semi-charmed world, and the glitz and glamour of Hollyweird leads to some interesting anecdotes...Here are my thoughts...

There are many other Headcases in the world...here are a few..
